This book is about a little baby who's family was out catching paua. When some fish were swimming by. They thought she didn't have a family so they dragged her into the sea to live with them. Ten years later when she was playing with her poi what her real parents gave her when she was just a baby her parents saw the poi and saw that it was her so all her family went and got their pois so they played their pois farster,faster and faster until her poi lifted her out of the air after that she had to chuse to stay with her sea family or her land family she chose to stay with her land family during the day and her sea family in the late afternoon.
